The salesman arrived on time at 7pm. He talked a bit, went into the attic to take some pictures, then outside to do some measurements.

Was very personable, so we went along with the pitch for a while. But the information just kept coming out of his mouth; nothing that couldn't have been covered in the first hour, frankly. Finally, after 2.5 hours, I explicitly asked him to leave and go home. He continued talking.

Thought I would have to call the police to get him out of my home. Finally left after being in our home 2:50 and after one of the adults had already left and gone to bed.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Train sales persons to respect customer time.

I didn't like: Time was not respected, Sales tactics and poor customer service.
