Power Home Remodeling Group - Stood me up for pre-install inspection
I made arrangements for a Sunday afternoon inspection to avoid using vacation days. Power confirmed twice, including a "robo-call" on Friday stating time of appointment.
Sunday, about 30 minutes after the appointment window I got a call from a guy at Power asking to reschedule due to "lack of coverage" on Sunday. I demanded that he call someone in or do whatever he had to do to get someone here that day, and after 3 or 4 call backs he threw up his hands and tolad me "We are a very big company, it just doewn't work that way." Well I like to do business with companies that DO work MY way, so I'm back in the market for a window replacement company.
BTW, I bought a $2400 Palladian window from Power las year, so this is how they treat previous customers. STAY AWAY if you like to be treated like a valued customer.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1700.
Preferred solution: Let the company give me a good reason why I should not pick another company to replace my windows.
Power Home Remodeling Group Cons: Customer service.
Location: Davidsonville, Maryland

Yeah you're pretty ignorant *** if you don't even know the correct company you b**tch about
You must have the wrong company, Power Home Remodeling Group doesn't sell a Palladian Window.
