I had the usual experience of the sales pitch that I have read in other reviews. Our salesman was new to the business and very pleasant to deal with. We decided to do just the front windows, no problem.

As the windows were being installed the QA manager was to show up during the installation to check on the project.

He was just another salesman trying to pressure us into purchasing windows for the rest of the house.

He looked at the windows that were already installed. Than slowly started the sales pitch, became more aggressive, spent about an hour and a half trying to get us to purchase more windows. My wife and I said we needed to talk about it. He went to his car, we both agreed that we were going to wait. I went out to his car to explain, he shook my hand, got back in his car and left abruptly. Why didn't he come back to check the other windows that weren't installed yet if he was QA?

Bottom line is the installers were great guys, very thorough, courteous, professional. The windows seem to be a good product, time will tell.

The salesman was pompous, pushy, and rather rude. I am pretty much turned off now by the fact that this tactic was used considering that they were told that I was in the market to replace the rest of the windows already at another time.

Definitely reconsidering the fact that I was going to use them again, based on how these windows perform, just solely on how rude this guy was.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
